Privacy policy

paybyphonecasino.co.uk is a static editorial site with no accounts, no forms, and no email collection. This policy explains what limited data we and our third-party providers do touch, and how to exercise your rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who we are

paybyphonecasino.co.uk is an independent UK affiliate site that documents pay-by-phone deposit mechanics at UKGC-licensed online casinos. We are the data controller for this site under UK GDPR. For data requests, write to hello@paybyphonecasino.co.uk.

2. What data we collect directly

None. This site is a static HTML build served over Cloudflare Pages. We do not run forms, accounts, comments, newsletters, or any other input field. We do not set first-party tracking cookies. We do not run a Google Analytics tag, Facebook pixel, or any third-party advertising script.

3. What our hosting provider sees

The site is served via Cloudflare Pages. When you visit any page, Cloudflare's edge network receives the request and may log:

• Your IP address (for the duration needed to serve the page)
• The URL you requested
• Your user-agent string (browser + device class)
• The referring URL, if any

Cloudflare retains these access logs under its own privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. We do not have a contract to receive identifying access-log data from Cloudflare and do not seek to identify individual visitors from these logs.

4. Third-party fonts (Google Fonts)

The site loads Source Serif 4, IBM Plex Sans, and IBM Plex Mono from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. When your browser fetches these fonts, Google receives your IP address and the URL of the page that requested the font. Google's privacy notice for the Fonts API is at developers.google.com/fonts/faq/privacy.

We are working to self-host these fonts to remove this third-party request. Until that ships, the fastest way to avoid the Google Fonts request is a content-blocker extension (uBlock Origin or similar).

5. Affiliate redirects (/go/ links)

When you click an operator link on our pages (for example, the "Visit Casushi" button on the home page), the link routes through a redirect at /go/[operator]/. The redirect endpoint may, in future, record an anonymous click-through count and the destination URL. It does not record your IP address, browser fingerprint, or any identifying data. After the redirect, you land on the operator's own website, where their cookies, tracking, and privacy policy apply.

Operator sites (Casushi, MrQ, Hot Streak Casino, Mr Vegas, others listed in our pages) each have their own privacy policy, which you should consult before depositing.

6. Cookies

paybyphonecasino.co.uk does not set first-party cookies. Cloudflare may set a single technical cookie (__cf_bm) for bot-management on rare occasions; this cookie is strictly necessary to operate the site under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and does not require consent. 7. Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — ask us to delete personal data
• Restriction — ask us to limit processing
• Objection — object to processing in certain circumstances
• Portability — request your data in a structured, machine-readable format

In practice we hold very little: we have no accounts, no forms, no email list, no comments database. If you write to us and we reply, the email exchange itself is the data we hold; we will delete it on request.

8. Children

This site is intended for users aged 18 and over. Gambling content on the site links to UKGC-licensed operators, all of which require age verification before allowing deposits. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has interacted with this site, write to hello@paybyphonecasino.co.uk.

9. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our data handling materially changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Significant changes are summarised in a brief changelog at the bottom of the page below.
